What actually gets made.

I would rather show you the work than a wall of logos. Here are the formats I run, the playbooks behind them, and what actually lands in your folder each month.

01 Selected work

Shorts I've managed

Press play. Finished cuts from channels I run, exactly as they went out: hook in the first couple of seconds, captions burned in, no dead frames.

02 Formats

The shapes I brief

Almost every server short is one of these. I choose the mix based on what your server actually has, then brief the editors against it: conflict, builds, updates or personalities.

Threat & consequence

"Do this and you're banned." Stakes in the first line, which is the single most reliable hook on a server channel.

Curiosity gap

A method, secret or exploit teased and then paid off. Holds attention because the viewer needs the answer.

Comment reply

Native to TikTok. Borrows an existing question as the hook and makes the server look already-talked-about.

Rivalry cut

Player conflict, betrayals and revenge arcs. Makes a viewer want to be in the server rather than just watch it.

Update drop

A feature reveal cut to bring lapsed players back. The one format that reliably moves returning joins.

Season trailer

Full 16:9 for launches and resets. Pinned on the channel and reused on the store page.

03 Playbooks

Three situations, three approaches

Most servers arrive in one of these states. The figures are what I commit to delivering, not results claimed on someone else's behalf.

Playbook · Lifesteal SMP

Conflict is the content

Lifesteal servers generate story constantly and almost nobody captures it. I build the calendar around player rivalries, betrayals and revenge arcs. The things that make a viewer want to be in the server rather than just watch it. Daily cadence, three platforms, a hook written per clip.

Playbook · Rebrand

Fix what they see before they join

Strong gameplay behind a dated logo and a store nobody trusts. I rebuild the identity, trailer, store layout and Discord structure into one system, then relaunch it with a content package instead of a quiet switchover, so the rebrand arrives with momentum rather than silence.

Playbook · Season launch

Don't let it peak on day one

Most season launches spike then collapse within a week. I stage the content across three phases: teaser, reveal, then player-made moments. That way the join curve keeps climbing after the announcement instead of falling off the back of it.

What a month looks like

On a managed month, this is the rhythm your server runs on.

  1. W1

    Batch & publish

First six edits delivered and scheduled. The month's calendar goes live so you can see every slot ahead of time.

  2. W2

    Read & adjust

Early retention data comes back. Hooks that underperform get rewritten before the next batch, not after the month ends.

  3. W3

    Push the winner

Whichever format is pulling gets more volume, plus a long-form or trailer cut if the topic can carry one.

  4. W4

    Report & plan

What shipped, what landed, what changes. Next month's direction agreed before it starts.
