What should I include in the message?
The server type and size, where you're currently posting, and what you've already tried that didn't work. That's enough for us to come back with something specific rather than generic.
Do I have to pay for the audit?
No. The first audit is free and yours to keep even if you never hire us. It exists so both sides can tell whether this is worth doing before money is involved.
How soon could we start?
Usually within a week of agreeing scope, depending on open capacity that month. Check the updates page for current availability.
Do you work outside Minecraft?
Rarely. The whole advantage here is that we know this specific audience and its formats. If you're in an adjacent gaming space, ask — but we'll tell you honestly if you'd be better served elsewhere.
