Most servers don't die from bad gameplay. They die unseen.

Yankeeh Marketing Management exists because building a great server and getting anyone to notice it are two completely different jobs.

01 About me

Hi, I'm Yankeeh

I've been around Minecraft servers long enough to watch good ones shut down because nobody outside their own Discord ever heard of them. Meanwhile weaker servers with sharper content filled up every single season. That gap bothered me enough to build a business around it.

It's just me. Not an agency, not a group, no account managers relaying messages. I don't sit in the timeline myself: I bring in the editors, brief them and manage what they produce. You deal with one person start to finish, and I only work with Minecraft servers. I play the game, which sounds like a small thing until you've been handed an edit by someone who clearly doesn't.

I take on a small number of servers on purpose. It means whoever is cutting your content gets a proper brief on your season, your players and your running jokes, instead of a template off a shelf with the logo swapped. It also means I turn work away sometimes, which is the trade-off I'd rather make.

Yankeeh The whole operation. I answer every message myself.

No account managers, no hand-offs.

You message me, you get me.

02 How I work

Four things I won't compromise on

01

Numbers over opinions

Every month I show you what shipped, what it returned and what I'm changing because of it. If a format stops working it gets dropped, even if it's the one I argued for.

02

Deadlines are the product

Content that arrives late is content that missed its moment. Batches ship on the agreed day. If something slips you hear it from me first, not after you notice.

03

Straight answers

If I think a plan won't work, I say so before taking the money. Sometimes the honest answer is that you need better retention before you need more reach.

04

Your server, your assets

Everything produced for you belongs to you, project files included. No hostage situations, no holding the account. If we stop working together, you keep all of it.

“The work is the pitch. Send me your server and I will show you exactly what I would change, before you commit to anything.”

If you'd rather build the server than fight the algorithm.

That's the entire job description. Tell me what you're running and I'll tell you what I'd do with it.
