Silence isn't neutral
A server nobody posts about doesn't hold steady. It shrinks. Players drift off to wherever their friends went, and their friends went wherever the content was.
Two slots open for this season
Short-form content for Minecraft servers, run end to end. I bring in the editors, brief them and manage everything they produce. Already have editors? I'll manage those instead. Either way one person is accountable for the output, and it isn't you.
The audit is yours to keep whether or not you take it further.
01 Why this happens
You've almost certainly seen it. Worse builds, worse plugins, moderation held together with tape. But someone over there posts three times a day, and you don't, so that's where everyone ended up.
Reach is the gap between a good server and a full one. Closing it is the entire job I do.
A server nobody posts about doesn't hold steady. It shrinks. Players drift off to wherever their friends went, and their friends went wherever the content was.
One good short is two to four hours of editing. Doing that daily is a second full-time job stacked on the one you already have. Something gets dropped. It's always the content.
Uploading more doesn't help if the first frame holds nobody. Plenty of servers post constantly and get almost nothing back for it.
The gameplay was never your problem. Making content is a full-time job, and you already have one.
so hand that job to someone whose only job it is
02 What I take off you
Pick one. Or hand over the lot and stop thinking about it.
I run the production line so you don't have to. I bring in the editors, set the hook, write the brief, direct the edit and check every cut before it reaches you. If you already have editors, I manage those instead. You only ever deal with me.
I run the accounts. A calendar you can see a month ahead, a fixed posting rhythm across YouTube, TikTok and Reels, comments and DMs actually answered, Discord announcements written for you.
For when the server itself is good but everything wrapped around it looks five years old. Name, logo, colours, trailer, store page, Discord layout, socials. All rebuilt into one thing, then relaunched with content instead of silence.
One call, no retainer attached. I go through your funnel live: content, thumbnails, store, join flow, retention. You leave with a written plan ordered by impact, and you're welcome to go and run it yourself.
03 Proof
Press play on any of them. Finished cuts from channels I run, exactly as they went out.
Combined across two channels I manage, 26 July to 22 August 2026. The +740% is one of those channels against its previous 28 days.
04 Reconstruction
Drag the handle across. This is the gap between a player copying your IP and closing the tab, and it happens before they've seen a single build.

05 How it runs
No onboarding deck. No account manager. No discovery call unless you want one.
Send the server and the socials. I go through the funnel and write back with what I'd change. Before any money moves, and it's yours to keep either way.
Volume, cadence and price get locked up front. One invoice with one number on it. Nothing new appears on it later.
You drop footage in a folder, or I come and capture it. Edits come back in two days, in batches, with revisions built into the cycle.
Every month I read the numbers together. What underperformed gets killed off, what worked gets more volume. You see exactly what I see.
Read this part before you read the prices.
Every term below is in writing, and none of it changes once you've signed up.
06 The terms
I put the terms in writing so there is nothing to argue about later. Read them before you commit to anything, not after.
07 Pricing
You pay me to manage the content. The shorts themselves stay cheap on purpose, because a freelance editor charges $40 to $80 for the same thing.
A typical month: $150 management plus 30 shorts at $5 comes to $300.
08 Fair questions
Most freelancers hand you edits and stop there. I run the whole operation: the calendar, the hooks, the posting and the reporting, with one person reading the numbers every month. And you deal with me directly, not an account manager relaying messages.
Management starts at $150 a month, and the shorts on top are $5 each, so you set the volume to whatever the budget allows. If even that is too early, the consultation is free: take the plan and run it yourself until hiring anyone makes sense.
Revisions are part of the cycle, not a favour I do you. If a whole batch misses the brief I recut it and you aren't charged. That's the policy, in writing.
Send over the server and tell me what isn't landing. Within 24 hours you'll get a written audit of your funnel with the actual fixes in it. If you want me to run them, I'll quote it. If not, keep the list.
